Directs and coordinates the activities of the Front Office Department which includes room reservations and assignments, reception, guest relations, telephone, mail and information, and bell service. Experience Required At least 2 years experience in this position in a 5 star property preferably with an international hotel chain. Skills Required Excellent communication skills both verbally and orally in English and Arabic language (other languages a plus). Experience in use of Front Office Fidelio software.
Experience 4 - 5 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Hotel Management ( Hotel Management ) , PG - Chartered Financial Analyst ( Finance )
