Reporting to the DOSM, you will be responsible for the successful operation in the Department, whilst maintaining consistently high standards of service to our guest. The position involves consistently exceeding expectations of guests and creating WOW moments. The successful applicants must: - Have a positive attitude and an excellent customer focus - Have a very good planning & organizational skills. - Have a Strong desire to develop self and others. - Possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English – spoken and written – the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional pro active service consistently - Have a strong enthusiasm and willingness to exceed the expectations of customers and colleagues - Have attention to detail and ability to work individually and along with the team Experience: The successful applicant must: - Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Sales in a 5 Star Hotel in the UAE. - Have worked in a busy environment and are flexible with working hours as per business demands
