Job Description
Develop quarter / Annual marketing plans for key products. Identifying sales - Operational & financial objectives. Decide and manage agreed P&L of marketing budget. Coordinating with sales team for best execution of the marketing strategy. Plan and execute marketing programs for new and existing products. Continuously track marketing performance. Monitor regional marketing needs and performance and provides feedback to management. Constantly updating the field force with Product knowledge and selling skills. Managing country managers, supervisors and medical representatives Liaison with Principles and Regional Distributors Monthly reporting to the General Manager.
Profile
Suitable candidate should be graduate in Pharmacy with MBA in Marketing. Good communicaiton and Sales/Marketing skills Presentable and establish excellent rapo with clients and all associates. Bilingul with good spoken and written knowledge in Arabic and English. Readily avilable in UAE to take immediate appointment
