Profile
Responsibilities:

- Relieving the General Manager of all administrative tasks (filing, printing, typing, photocopying, scanning, etc.) - Coordinating the work of other secretaries and operators. - Handle all telephone queries. - Maintain clear calendar for General Manager. - Ensure confidential handling of the general manager’s business. - Screen visitors to control interruptions. - Ensure that schedules are followed. - Organize files of the General Manager in a clear and systematic way to ensure ease of retrieval. - Keep copies of all incoming and outgoing correspondence in an organized way. Qualifications and Skills: - Candidate should hold a high school diploma and have 2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary in a large company. - Good attitude. - Independently write letters or reports in both English and Arabic for General Manager’s approval and signature. - Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Work Timings: 3 days – 8:00 am to 4:00 pm 3 days – 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm Fridays off. Salary Package: AED 8000 – 9000 per month + one meal a day + medical insurance + free membership in the club
