OPERATIONS MANAGER - PEST CONTROL - HR Middle East - Dubai

Job Description - To manage all field activities including customer service. - Contract manager and technical supervisors/team leaders. - To oversee the field operations on a daily basis. - To implement company, quality and OHS&E policies. - To implement the planned field strategy. - To ensure daily schedules are carried out as planned. - To manage technical supervisors and team leaders. - To provide feedback to enable continual improvement to the Integrated Quality Management system. - To provide weekly and monthly reports to Contract/ Branch Manager. - To assist with field tests and implementation of new materials and techniques. - To work with the Technical Training Manager to improve service delivery. - To provide excellent customer service. - To ensure all operational staff are trained and qualified for the role(s) they are employed to fulfill. - To implement Integrated Pest Management policies and principles. - Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Profile
- Management and commercial skills. - Leadership and team work skills. - Effective communication in Arabic and English. - Basic computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Proficiency, after training, with proprietary systems.
