Present financial results and performance measurement to the Management so that they remain aware and can take corrective action if required. Cash Flow Management To monitor inflow and outflow of funds and ensure optimum utilization of available funds through better planning of receivables, payables & overheads. Budgeting & MIS Formulation capital and revenue Budget and their analysis with actual. Critical analysis of MIS such as monthly P & L account, Balance Sheet, Inventory and Receivables Reports for Management Review. Controlling the Accounts Department for the proper maintenance of books of accounts, Co- ordination with other departments. Administratively co-ordinate with Insurance Companies, Internal & External auditors and other agencies for Companys administrative work. Competencies Good knowledge of financial accounting & reporting, cost accounting, feasibilities, accounting standards, auditing standards, budgeting & forecasting. Well versed with ERP applications (Oracle) and MS office Software. Good presentation and communication skills. Able to handle Accounts / Finance Department independently. Desired Skills: Experience of more than 5 years in manufacturing/heavy industrial. Education / Qualification: CA/Cost Accountant / Post Graduate in Finance.
