PLANNING And QUALITY SPECIALIST - CUSTOMER CARE - Abu Dhabi

Minimum Requirement:
Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent. Minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience Setting Service quality system, identify service standards and customer satisfaction baselines. Ensure the proper implementation of customer facing procedures and policies by frontline employees (i.e. Customer Care Manager , Relationship Manager , Service Team ,Reception ). Insure the delivery of consistent customer experience across all touch points of the Customer Care , in adherence with quality service standards and customer satisfaction baseline. Direct and oversee customer services performed at the Customer Care Centre to ensure high satisfaction levels. Develop the Customer Care standard operation procedures, service level agreement. Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction in line with companys vision. Implement a client centric philosophy across the Customer Care Centre. Develop and implement innovative Customer Delight initiatives. Work closely with the various company departments on all services offered and brainstorm ideas to improve customer relations. Conduct periodical analysis of the nature, volume, and frequency of complaints to channel resources into resolving the issues and preventing them from recurring and ensure concise, accurate and effective reporting to Managing Director and Corporate Customer Care on crucial issues
