Attend weekly teleconference meetings between EPC Contractors and resolve interface issues and ensure meeting notes are issued properly. Identify and report potential scope changes that may result from interface issues. Monitor project design and procurement activities to identify and alert of possible problems where interfaces might affect the schedule or budgets. Assist in preparing Management of Change requests for the Change Manager for all interfaces that don’t match the FEED effort. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the progress of interface activities of the EPC Contractor at the site. Run LiveLink reports on the interface acitivities of the EPC Contractor at the site.
