Contracts Administrator Brunel Energy (a division of Brunel International NV Netherlands) provides specialists, engineers and other professionals for offshore and onshore engineering, construction, operations and other logistic support activities. We are looking for a Contract Administrator with a proven track record in the oil and gas with the ability to add value to an already highly successful team; you will be familiar with best practice methodologies, processes and situations to ensure total excellence. Location: UAE Duties and Responsibilities: • Review and summarize all major contracts entered into by the Company, in order to diarize timelines for performance of the major obligations arising in respect of each contract, and to keep track of performance/non-performance /slippage in respect of such obligations. • Will be responsible for the Tendering Process including, Contracts Preparation, competitive Price Scheduling, Finalization of Instruction to Tenderee, Instruction to Bidders, Formulation, Invoicing Structure and Compilation , Contract Evaluation, Recommendation, Award • Put and keep in place a system for the filing of such contracts and to advise project managers of upcoming contractual obligations which may require to be performed. Qualifications: • Hold a Degree in technical or commercial discipline with minimum 6-8 years experience in administering contracts in the Oil and Gas industry , along with excellent understanding of written English and substantial experience of reading and reviewing contracts. • Have a Strong command over Tendering Process including, Contracts Preparation, Evaluation, Recommendation, Award etc… • Have a Strong command over competitive Price Scheduling, Finalization of Instruction to Tenderee, Instruction to Bidders, Formulation, Invoicing Structure and Compilation. • Familiar with Contract Variations, Price adjustments and additional claims. • Good knowledge of Procurement activities like Selection of Approved Vendor, Preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ), Technical Clarification, Proposal, Commercial Clarification, Preparation of Purchase Order, Follow-ups, Insurance, Shipment, Arrival, Local Logistics, Third Party Inspection, Issuance to site and Invoice Follow-ups.
