Job Description
PURPOSE: To manage the development of the COMPANY Environmental Management System and to provide support for its implementation. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Provide guidance, advice, assistance and independent technical expertise on all aspects of environmental management to achieve the environmental goals and objectives of the Company. 2. Develop the Environmental Management System and, through line management, to support its implementation. 3. Support and advise all COMPANY Divisions in the identification of environmental hazards, evaluation of risks, and the development of controls to manage these risks to an acceptable level. 4. Manage the development and support the implementation of environmental monitoring programs. 5. Establish Standards and Procedures for environmental management and to ensure implementation by periodic audits and inspections.
Profile
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - B.S. in Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering - 7 years of experience, 4 of which in Oil & Gas related industries. - Certified in the usage of Environmental Computer applications. - Certified Auditors - Shall have good English Technical writing, peaking, and presentation skills. - Shall have good interpersonal skills.
