Our Client, a leading Islamic Bank is looking to recruit a GTS Sales Manager.
Profile
Job Description • Support GTS Sales Head to offer GTS solutions (cash management solutions in particular) to SME Customers (pipeline buildup and tracking, customer calls, pricing and mandate negotiation, facilitating implementation) • Develop pipeline of deals to position GTS offering to existing and new SME relationships in collaboration with Relationship Managers. • Develop customer pitch, marketing campaigns and presentations to win mandates. • Understand customer needs and liaise with GTS product managers to structure competitive solutions. • Maintain MIS to track pipeline conversions, revenue and volume ramp-up (client-wise and product-wise) • Develop relationship with target customer stakeholders at multiple levels to increase cross-sell and wallet penetration wallet. • Track market competition for GTS solutions and channel feedback to product managers to increase competitiveness of solutions offered to increase market share • Facilitate implementation of GTS solutions with relevant product managers once mandate is won. Mandatory Requirements • Minimum Bachelor degree, MBA preferred. • Good understanding/exposure of the local market • Understanding of corporate cash management needs • Experience in marketing financial products • Experience of relationship management and GTS product sales • Strong relationship building and management skills • Good client interaction skills • Superior communication, presentation and writing skills • Ability to deliver results in a challenging business environment • Team player comfortable in cross-functional interaction.
