Job Description
Principal responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and perform testing and leadership tasks on complex projects.
• Perform testing tasks requiring planning, scheduling, and testing to assure that developed products meet design specifications and business need.
• Plan, schedule and implement testing for product release cycles.
• Define test objectives and write test cases.
• Develop and maintain automated/ manual testing procedures.
• Carry out performance testing and analyze test results.
• Work with cross-functional project teams to ensure that product and software quality objectives are understood and met.
Experience Requirements:
• Solid understanding of a software testing process or methodology, and the software project development lifecycle.
• Experienced in the concepts of automated testing/manual testing.
• Familiarity with the following technologies: VB.Net, VB6 and Crystal Reports.
• Strong RDBMS (SQL Server) and SQL skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
• Excellent creative and technical/explanatory writing skills are absolutely required.
