Job Description
Qualification & Experience: • Should have at least 15 years experience for (B.Sc. Engineering) / 10 years for Diploma Engineer) as Senior Instructor or Manager in Training & Development functions of an integrated steel plant. • Should have experience in preparing Training courses based on maintenance or production engineering for a rolling Mill steel plant Basic Functions: Setting up a new training academy for one of the UAE’s major steel plant manufacturers • Organize the preparation of Training Manuals and workbooks. • Supervise the on job Training of mechanical/ electrical/ operator operative trainees. Compilation and upkeep of progress reports and other documentation. • Training need/gap analysis for off site training. Follow up with department training coordinators and coaches. • Organize plant orientation and familiarization programs. Note: Experience is must in an integrated steel plant or heavy industry. Practical knowledge of computer software and its application. • Good command of English language.
