Role and Responsibility
Develop and execute business plans with effective Business Development Processes.
Plan and implement new strategic initiatives to enhance the underlying value of the Real Estate assets.
Create key performance metrics during the execution of business plan and strategic development for specific project which include market analysis, revenue and expenditure planning, activity forecasting and development of financial statements.
Oversee, manage and control the day to day running of the business and take the responsibility for every aspect of the Real Estate business.
Take principal responsibility for team building which includes evaluating the needs of the team in light of existing operations and drive organization wide initiative for improved work flow / quality.
Take overall responsibility for control of staff performance to ensure that top quality services and products are provided to end users/investors and their expectations are met.
Take principal responsibility for the quality and accuracy of all financial documentations such as annual budget and monthly financial reports to the C.E.O and ensure that these are in Requested formats.
Cultivate and maintain good relations with the clients/Investors/Bankers and external consultants.
Plan and implement a marketing and sales program for promoting the Real Estate development and generating goodwill for the brand.
Assist the C.E.O in identifying long term trends and need in the Real Estate, also Assist in expanding and strengthening the Real Estate business functionally at a corporate level.
Achieve annual business income targets as established during the budgeting process.

Experience 8 - 20 years
Education Basic
- Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce ) , PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
