Career Development Assistant - Brunel India - Abu Dhabi

Job Description

Purpose: The role exists to take administration and logistical responsibility for Management Team Development and associated projects and processes. Duties & Responsibilities: 1.To provide administration and logistical support to CCDA and L&DQA 2.Work as an active project team member for all Management Development events. To include: a.Planning support b.Liaison and supervision of external venue facilities c.Preparation and transportation of materials equipment to site. d.Facilitation support to event exercises e.Overnight stays in support of offsite, offshore meetings and events. 3.Inventory management. Full responsibility of the Management Development equipment inventory, including coordination of procurement, storage, transport and stock maintenance. 4.Internal liaison – First point of contact for all internal departments regarding management development logistics. 5.Organise all one to one management coaching sessions booking flights, transport and accommodation as required. 6.Maintain database of all managers under development and their status against development plans. 7.Assist on weekly HR Team leader Meetings taking minutes and circulating details as required 8.To provide assistance as required by CCDA, in support of other HQ L&D Departments including up keep of the monthly L&D Balance Score Card.

Profile

1.Completion of Secondary Education (12 years) or equivalent. 2.3 years experience in general administration area. 3.Should be Computer literate and with full knowledge and experience of with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point. etc.). Typing speed should be minimum 40 words per minute. 4.Very good standard of written and spoken English Language 5.Good interpersonal skills
