Job Description
• Process Definition and Implementation Facilitate process compliance by providing processes, templates, forms, guidelines to projects Work with projects to ensure process implementation Provide inputs on efforts, defects etc. for estimation Identify process training requirements and plan / conduct trainings as necessary Provide necessary facilitation to ensure process implementation Assist in document control and establishment of traceability • Process Compliance checks and Audits Preparation and execution of QA plan for the projects Ensure that project documents are updated as required Identify corrective / preventive actions and track to closure • Quality Reviews Plan and assist in artefact reviews and ensure review report submissions Attend and assist in project review meetings and monitor issue closure • Data Analysis and Reporting Collect measurements, analyse and deduce metrics Prepare Project Data and Metrics report for Quality Collect best practices and lessons learnt Contribute project data and information to Knowledge Repository Report to Sr. QA and QA Manager on regular basis for all allocated projects • Any other duties as assigned by the Sr. QA/ QA Manager
Profile
• Ability to understand in some detail the business of Customs • Good understanding of QA techniques and tools • Proven ability and aptitude to understand processes and assist / guide projects staff and provide tailored processes fit for use • Definition and deployment of QA and Operational processes and methodologies • Facilitating project teams in process understanding & implementation • Conducting / assisting in artefact reviews and process compliance checks • Promote Quality Assurance, process implementation and process awareness
