Strong knowledge of hardware components, installation configuration and procedures, and other system configuration. strong understanding of desktop/laptop support is essential. Good experience in workstation configuration (windows 95, 98, nt, 2000, Vista and Office 2007), diagnostics and problem determination, desktop software and it’s configuration (Microsoft office, virus protection, etc.), and workstation imaging software (pq drive image, ghost), desktop peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), network configuration (tcp/ip), diagnosing network connectivity issues, and dial in and remote connectivity issues (remote networking, vpn), basic server administration tasks and user / permissions diagnosis issues Language: English and Arabic (preferred)
