Civil Site Manager - Offshore Marine Services - Abu Dhabi

Job Description
20,000 AED- 24,000 AED Per month + Benefits Our client is a world leader in power generation and is currently looking for an experienced Civil Site Manager. 1. Plans organize, direct and evaluate site construction from start to finish according to schedule, specification and budget. 2. Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites. 3. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. 4. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer. 5. Obtain all necessary permits and licenses. 6. Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. 7. Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site. 8. Investigate delays at construction site, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out. 9. Coaching and guiding civil team for the professional civil works execution. 10. Prepare and Revise /Update main civil programs during construction period. 11. Maintain pressure on the civil contractor on areas to reduce further slippage, in order to catch up with or programmed objectives. 12. Resolving unrealistic demand from owner/Engineer. Trying to keep our scope within the specifications of the tender. Reducing our exposure to delays and costs due to Owner/Engineers unrealistic demand. 13. Forcing the civil contractor to work safely, this being a major exercise to achieve and maintain. 14. Manage and Lead the site civil engineers team for smooth and professional execution.
