PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS : The ideal candidate will be a sales person with proven potential to meet and exceed annual sales targets. You will be reliable, pro-active and professional. Must be a creative individual who can originate account plans with the skills to negotiate product / pricing at senior level. Should have the ability to implement marketing plans and build targeted sale and promotional programmes for success. ? JOB PROFILE : 1. Must have solid exposure to the local market. 2. Extremely strong communication skills. 3. Good understanding of selling pre-packed food in the gulf. 4. Ability to handle large accounts and acquire business. 5. To develop and maintain strong customer / partner relationships. 6. To follow up on business leads and referrals. 7. To present and sell the company's products and services to current and potential clients. 8. Developing and implementing strategic consumer marketing plans, working with hypermarkets and stores to maximize brand exposure and increase revenue. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION : Graduate / Associate degree in hospitality management MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 4 - 5 years sales experience within the UAE with a minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG. AGE GROUP : 30 – 35 YEARS Gender : Male NOC and Driving License is a must.
