Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the effective management of overall production operations including: Production planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Safety, Maintenance, Engineering and Production Warehousing.
Job Responsibilities:-
Establish priorities and direction for
operations management professionals to ensure efficient production processes
- Manage multiple food service operations in such a manner that customer satisfaction, good company image, high staff morale and budgeted profit margins are achieved in line with strategic and operating plans, procedures and forecasts, ensuring continual growth
- Planning and setting guidelines for new potential contracts
- Planning annual trainings for the department staff in the different aspects of their job
- Find out, suggest, introduce market suitable products and brands to the operations, maintaining a fine balance between cost effectiveness and client satisfaction
- Prepare forecasted budgets and ensure compliance throughout the year
- Monitor and analyze staff payroll cost in adherence to budgeted targets
- Ensure implementation and a continual improvement process in the standards of Health and Safety and reduce risk exposure in the work place, also responsible to ensure highest possible standards of hygiene.
- Handling complaints and suggestions from clients/customers
