Job Description
Certified Chartered Account with 10-15 years of experience in an Accounts department and at least 5 years experience as Accounts Manager in a Building Construction Company in UAE. He is responsible for company’s all accounts matters which includes; ensuring that the books of accounts are maintained properly and timely, preparing the balance sheet and profit & loss account on time, managing the statutory audit in time, ensuring that assets register is maintained and updated on regular basis, approving suppliers’ invoices, sub contractor’s payment certificates, other payment vouchers, petty cash bills, staff final settlements, utility bills, debit notes, ensuring the monthly physical stock statements are done properly, ensuring the disbursement of salary & wages, payments to suppliers in time and properly.
