• Execution of Telephony projects that includes Contact Center Solutions, CTI & IVR Solutions
• Coordination with Divisional Managers and other team members
• Communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation
Profile
As a Senior Telephony Engineer with 4-5 years experience, you will be responsible for organizing and managing a portfolio of projects on time and to budget, report on project status and milestones. You will have extremely well developed technical skills. You should be able to set and surpass objectives, motivate people and build and manage effective teams. You should possess experience in managing telephony projects like Contact Centre Solutions, CTI solutions and IVR solutions.
Experience 4 - 5 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Science ( Computers , Technology ) , Bachelor of Technology/Engineering , PG - Master of Science ( Computers , Technology ) , Masters in Computer Application ( Computers )
