Job Description
-Analise the natural elements of the site, such as the climate, soil, slope of the land, drainage, and vegetation.
-Prepare preliminary design after studying and analysing the site.
-Prepare and present detailed plans and working drawings, including details and specifications for the project.
-Take into account any local regulations, such as those protecting wetlands or historic resources.
-Review the approved plans, working drawings and all existing and proposed features.
-Review in detail the methods of construction and the list of necessary materials.
-During the design and planning stage, visit and analyze the site to verify that the design can be incorporated into the landscape.
Profile Graduate in Landscape Architecture.
Ability to achieve creative and innovative design solutions.
High skills in AutoCAD (2D/3D), 3D Studio MAX, Adobe Photoshop.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills and fluency in the English language. Knowledge of the Arabic language would be advantageous.
