Job Description
1) To act as a single point of contact for client/occupants for all facility management related issues at sick 2) To lead a team of operations personnel for soft and hard services both 3) To co-ordinate, monitor and implement all property related issues at site 4) Develop and implement planned preventive maintenance schedules for all capital equipments installed at site 5) Generate reports, etc
Experience 3 - 6 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Electrical , Mechanical )
