Job Description
- Sourcing new business and relationship management with corporates, developers and agents for the company -To navigate the market trends and inform the management about the same - Tracking competitor activities and customer needs - Should be accountable for generating new business ideas and initiatives that capitalize on potential to drive the profitability of the company - Develop detailed BD plan identifying potential clients, establishing intervention priorities and implementation mechanisms - Mapping and establishing network connections, new leads and innovative ideas to create new business -Submits a monthly BD report identifying leads, summary of discussion and meeting and probabilities of success -Sourcing business and relationship management with corporates, developers and age
Profile
- Shoudl be a graduate wih knowledge on Abu Dhabi market and should have proven track record of atleast 4-9 years of experience in business development -Preferably in real estate or facility market - Should be well versed in reading, writing and speaking in Arabic
