Job Description
• Drive Zenath’s growth across all relevant business lines related to infrastructure projects & contracting. • Prepare annual revenues and profits budgets & business goals • Identify potential investment opportunities on a regional basis • Responsible for the external promotion of Group’s Infrastructure projects & contracting interests, and for relations with senior level figures in Government ,Clients , Consultants and Trade related bodies • Drive Zenath’s market and technological leadership. • Coordinate contracts administration and negotiation. • Collaborates with other managers to achieve most effective use of Company resources across functions and business lines • Develop strategic account plans for identified key customers • Coordinate the preparation of forecasts and plans for coming months/years. • Meet and exceed target sales goals • Determine market need and develop/institute sales plan
Profile
Bachelors Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering Masters Degree in Business Administration would be highly desirable. At least 10-12 years experience in business development function with the Infrastructure projects & contracting industry in the GCC region. • Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team within operations, sales and technical disciplines. • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. • Possess a high level of energy and initiative, capable of working effectively with minimal organizational support and guidance. • Highly numerate with ability to work with lots of data
