„X Determines equipment having low ¡§Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)¡¨ from SAP/R3 history module. „X Develops, maintains and updates plant/equipment reliability database. „X Develops indices for qualitative and quantitative measurement of plant, systems and equipment failures and reliability. „X Quantifies reliability losses in monetary terms. „X Develops failure trends and highlights areas for improvement. Participates in preparing actions plans for reliability improvement. „X Liaises with Site Maintenance, Development, Engineering, Cost Services and Finance for collection and verification of data. „X 15-18 years experience in Engineering Maintenance in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industry as an Engineer or higher with 2 - 3 years experience in Technical Services/Reliability Group. Working knowledge of Instrumentation desirable. Should have experience in the use of the Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (such as Teroman, SAP) and be able to use Microsoft Office software.
