Job Description
To work with Business Users in defining Business Requirements and provide all necessary Requirements Definition Documentation.
To assist in improving the business processes of the bank by recommending best practice solutions and securing business buy-in.
To work with Vendors and Development teams in documenting a functional/non-functional design specification based on business/user requirements.
To liaise with business units and business analysts to resolve issues identified.
To provide support to Vendors/Development teams during the Build Phase.
To provide Functional Test plans, scripts and execution.
To support UAT and support the life cycle of problem and incident management.
To support deployment and the introduction of the new solution to the business.
To support the business during the warranty/support phase of the project.
To provide assistance and guidance to users in understanding systems functionality.
To participate in project team meetings and to provide guidance to the Project Manager.
To assist in identifying, managing and mitigating risks related to the project.
Profile
Production of Requirements Definition Documentation.
Reviewing/Writing Functional/Non-Functional Design specifications.
To work closely with the business users in defining a best practice solution.
Work closely with vendors to track the life cycle of problem and incident management.
To track and manage outstanding issues/problems and the timely completion of activities.
Provide assistance to the Project Manager in problem management to ensure the execution of projects within agreed time and cost parameters.
To facilitate training sessions and produce training material.
Experience
10 - 15 years
Education
Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce ) , PG - Chartered Financial Analyst ( Finance )
