Drive Profitable Sales growth and distribution thru sub-dealer and sub-contractor networks, by providing professional consultant that related to gypsum and its system, which in return will assist customers in fast track, cost effective and proper solution of interior building system. supervise & manage commercial (distributor) sales team members, where total system sales mentality as well as meeting the professional sales standard is required. Build, develop and maintain sub-dealer and sub-contractor network, where total system usage as well as brand loyalty are being implemented. Development of distribution network, where business partnership mentality as well as information sharing concept is implemented. Achieve System Volume Sales as well as profit and loss of total system sales (according to annual marketing plan).
Profile At Least 5 Yrs. In Gypsum Related or Technical Sales & Marketing Department. Bachelor Degree In Engineering, and/or Technical Related Background.
Experience 10 - 15 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
