Job Description
Competency: •Should be technically qualified with 15 years of exp in Marine, Mechanical or in a shipyard, 5 years of which has P & L responsibility in Marketing. •Minimum 5 years of previous exposure in Sales management in shipyards •Good English Command, a good communicator with good skills in deal conclusion. •Thorough knowledge and assessment techniques of examining, questioning, evaluating, reporting sales and preparing estimates. •Additional skills required for managing sales, such as planning organizing , communicating and directing to meet full Customer satisfaction. •Should be able to manage 15 - 20 people of Sales Manager level. •Able to deal flexibly with different nationalities at all levels. •Read and understand technical and non-technical documents as relate to the sales and contracts for the Company products •Strong initiatives with excellent skills and drive for new markets. •Customer focused person with basic understanding of Quality Systems.
