Dear Sir/Madam: Brunel Energy (a division of Brunel International NV Netherlands) provides specialists, engineers and other professionals for offshore and onshore engineering, construction, operations and other logistic support activities Our client, provides consultancy, engineering and project management services to the world's energy, power and process industries. They have immediate requirement for: Proposals Engineer Contract Duration: Permanent Location: Sharjah, UAE Start Date: Immediate Basic Function and Scope: Responsibilities: • Prepare a bid preparation schedule for submission of bids; identify people responsible for various activities within predetermined timelines and a common understanding of the scope. • Coordinate with all the proposal team members to ensure completion of various activities on time, arrive at solutions for any unresolved issues and ensure smooth flow of inter-disciplinary inputs through periodic discussions with the discipline engineer. • Short list and identify target vendors for various key equipment / Packages. • Prepare subcontract packages and issue the same to subcontractors, along with project specific responsibility matrices, preambles etc. • Obtain bid tabulations and cost estimates for the various equipments and bulks from the procurement department and review the same to arrive at optimum costing. • Review of Project Schedule and cost estimates to be submitted along with Bid. • Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per client requirement with respect to project execution plans, organization charts job specific technical write ups, bank guarantees, etc…

Profile
Job Qualification: • B.
