Job responsibilities includes but are not resticted to the following :- 1. Taking dictation & typing. 2. Self correspondence. 3. Coordination with inter department personnel. 4. Day-to-day office work such as - downloading of e-mails, sending e-mails, web browsing, filing etc. etc. 5. Data entries in computer. 6. Arranging appointments, meetings etc. 7. Maintaining overall good decorum & image of the office.
Profile
Young, energetic Graduate with relevant experience. Good commond over English Language. Self-correspondent, good speed for taking dictations and typing, computer proficiency with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office latest Packages i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point etc. Knowledge of stenography will be given prefence. Efficent & quick in all office work.
Experience 3 - 4 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Arts , Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce )
