„X Invoicing cash/credit sales using ERP system on oracle „X Responsible for credit collection job. „X Handling petty cash, approval of petty cash expenses. „X Handling Accounts Receivables, Banking matters. „X Coordination with Purchase Department „X Coordination with Sales & Marketing Department „X Coordination with Production Department „X Responsible for Inventory, making SRV and SIV. „X Preparing daily and monthly Stores Statement „X Checking delivery notes & invoices for accounts „X SALARY WOULD BE 5000 TO 6200 (DEPENDING ON CANDIDATE PROFILE) + BENEFITS
Profile - Graduate in Accounting/Commerce - Minimum 5-7 years exp. - UAE experience is a must - Preferably from retail/distribution background - Experience of handling medium to heavy transactions - Experience of invoicing, coordination with various departments - Able to multitask - Good communication skills - verbal and written
