Senior Accountant - Impact Business Services - Dubai

Job Description

As Company’s Sr. Accountant :
• To control and manage the whole Business Finance of the Organization.
• Responsible for Budgetary Control.
• Analysis of New Business and reviewing the same to provide my feedback for the organization.
• Monitoring and providing my reviews and feedback on Costing & Pricing of the concern which helped the organization to gain profit in business.
• To design and implement financial process in the organization.
• To train other division back office staff for maintaining their bill records and train my Finance team members.
• Periodic preparation and presentation (both written and verbal) of financial results
• Preparation and timely submission of finance reports
• Monitor financial reporting processes and devise improvements in quality and efficiency of reporting
• Assist with other divisions of the company in process of their accounts and review of their accounting systems.
• Cash Flow, Net Margin Analysis.
• Inventory Control.
As an Auditor in Audit Division :
• Significant role in co-ordinating ad-hoc project as requested by management and customers
• Monitor financial reporting processes and devise improvements in quality and efficiency of reporting
• Cash Flow, Net Margin Analysis.
• To lead audit operations and take the task of reviews and investigating documents and process in the organization with the help of my team.
• To do impart training and audit process for my team to carry out audit efficiently and effectively.
• To present audit reports from the audit results given by my team and present it to the senior management with my suggestions and feedback for corrective actions on the same.
• To prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual costs, this helps the senior management to appropriate corrective actions to reduce costs without foregoing quality and thereby maintain the company's strength in market evergreen.
• I expertise in the usage of Microsoft tools and used excel sheets to record data sheets of monthly budgets and variances and presented by reports in excel sheet and power points to the senior management for effective timely action.

B com or M com or CA inter , with accounting experience in , Knowledge of Tally, Quick Book, peach Tree , self motivated, organized, target driven and Willing to grow with the organization.
UAE driving license added advantage

Experience 4 - 8 years

Education Basic - Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce ) , PG - CA Inter ( Chartered Accountant ) , Master of Commerce ( Commerce )
