ADMINISTRATION MANAGER Due to the continuous growth of the UAE market as well as a tremendous financial year for the company, my client is looking for an Administration Manager. The recent acquisition of some major projects means that my client is in the midst of massive expansion plans. As an Administration manager you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and program support functions. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will also be responsible for the site’s administrative performance, productivity, service standards and effective management of Administration resource in relation to work volume, case packaging, quality risk, logistics and security related activities. You will be required to mange a large team and serve as the primary point of administrative contact between the various internal departments. Our ideal candidate will already be a highly effective Administration manager, with successful experience of managing/developing and coaching large number of admin staff to achieve targets. With a proven track record of achieving targets you will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to communicate at all levels using your own.
