Job Description
Welcome and greet all Al Habtoor Motors customers, and escort them to Sales personnel to ensure customer needs are attended to. Customers to feel comfortable while they wait with an understanding of how long they have to wait while they are seated in a waiting area and facilitate sales executives interaction. Coordinate service provided to customers to ensure prompt and courteous service. Inspect service stations for neatness and cleanliness, and make requisitions for vehicle brochures, promotion material, and supplies for the service stands/stations. Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment; maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude. Deal effectively with guests, management, employees and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines. Complete and monitor the showroom central enquiry log for each morning meeting. Ensure showroom presentations are to the highest order at all times
