Job Description
• Present and sell full range of MFC’s products and services to current and potential clients. • Prepare pre-plans and update CRM after each sales visit. • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. • Prepare proposals based on the customer requirements • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. • Ensure all activities are as per MFC quality procedures • Identify and resolve client concerns. • Prepare a variety of sales reports • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate department Managers. • Liaise with customer services team to ensure we achieve customer’s satisfaction. • Liaise with credit control department and follow-up for collection of payment. • Ensure KPIs and budget as defined by Management are achieved • Participate in sales meetings, attend trade exhibitions in UAE
Profile
- Minimum one year experience in selling freight forwarding. - Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. - Good networking skills - Valid UAE Driving License - Ability to work with Targets.
Experience 1 - 3 years
Education Basic - Intermediate School ( General (College Proprietary) )
