Job Description
Should have been a Frontline Manager handling chain of retail showrooms, preferably for consumer durable goods. Suitable candidate will be responsible for achieving sales target for the Company showrooms in UAE on a monthly basis. Should be able to design and implement innovative promotional schemes as may be required and organise necessary training programs for the Company Showrooms In-charge. Should be able to attend to all issues concerning customers in a professional manner. Would be required to take all necessary initiative in launching various new products that may be developed from time to time and plan and expand the Company showrooms network in the territory. Should have experience in assessing the manpower requirement and keep abreast of the developments in the market.
