Job Description

1. Routine secretarial duties like correspondence & coordination of meetings, day to day administration work, filing, report preparation etc. 2. Taking shorthand dictation and documentation work of the Manager. 3. Coordination among different departments, 4. Link between members and other organizations and interaction with external clients when required. 5. Managing contact details, schedules & filing work for the Manager. 6. Managing official expenses, confidential documents /files of the Manager. 7. Screening of Calls/Mail/Fax/E-mail of the Manager. 8. Organizing for Board Meetings & prepare agendas, minutes/ notice/ reports preparation and maintaining records etc. 9. Handling in-bound & out-bound correspondence /courier and maintaining the registers. 10. Coordinate for administrative and logistic arrangement (Hotel, Travel etc) of the Manager.

Experience 8 - 12 years

Education Basic - Bachelor of Arts
