Job Description
• To manage all operations of sales and ensure achievement of targets by managing and coaching the sales staff and support staff. • Formulate and implement overall sales strategy and business plans Accountable for monthly and annually targets setting and achievement in conjunction with senior management Accountable for achieving budgeted net contribution Lead the sales team Stock ordering and management Manage and coordinate the sales support function of the department Prepare annual training plans for all sales team Ensure resolution of customer complaints and queries Conduct minuted monthly sales meetings with the sales team. Chairs weekly meetings with heads of departments Ensure reporting discipline among the sales team Actively manage variable cost Create communication and marketing annual plans with Marketing department and principals Maintain detailed knowledge of competitors and market activities Negotiate with principals pricing and product support Provide monthly reports and analysis to the management Ensure discipline of sales process and data capture Conduct performance reviews for the sales team Maintain exceptional relation with key customers and principals
Profile
Graduate or equivalent. • Good planning & organizing skills • Coaching and counseling skills • Targets setting skills • Performance monitoring skills • Decision making • Strategic thinking • Leadership competency • Sales & Marketing Skills • Commercial Acumen • Communication & Negotiating skills • Fluency in English and ideally Arabic Western Expatriates also can apply
