Our client is one of the largest drilling contractors in the Middle East, providing its customers with quality drilling, workover and well maintenance services. Ideal candidate should be: 1. Very good knowledge in networking, telecommunications and Microsoft applications and OS. 2. Expert in providing efficient support and Troubleshooting for PC’s, Peripherals, office automation application and network cabling, and capable to solve all problems that technicians can not handle and suggest of better solutions. 3. Expert in Support team leading, allocating and distributing the work to the technicians according to business need. Providing guidelines to technicians. 4. Excellent knowledge in Reporting, Documentation and communication with all teams.
Profile
1. Currently in the UAE 2. BSc in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or Electrical/Electronic Engineering. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in user support and wide knowledge of all fields of the computer industry. MCSE Certified is Prefered. 4. Very good knowledge of English Language.
