SA-29/2010 Minimum Qualifications & Experience Degree in Engineering with 6 years of relevant Industrial experience, and A Black Belt certified. Special Skills Technical/Functional Expertise: Strong knowledge in Apply Lean Sigma methodology to deliver value for Sohar Aluminium Consulting, technical Continuous Improvement and change management skills. Motivation: Ability to develop other people by identifying needs, supporting training and developing efforts and sharing technical expertise in order to help other people to become more competent. Leadership: Requires highly effective leadership, planning, coaching, well developed interpersonal skills. Planning: Ability to set and prioritize goals, use resources and ensure timetables are established for implementing various activities. Set objectives; plan the tasks and activities; determine the resource requirements; determine the timeline and the sequencing. Improve or optimize the current process based upon data analysis using lean six sigma tools. Change Management: Able to initiate and manage organizational and technological changes. Environment, Health and Safety: Ensuring all operations comply with environmental legal requirements, internal standards and international standards. Include EHS Impact in all projects and define action for residual risks in each project. Costumer Focus: Capable of determining customer needs and finding solutions to those, Analytical Reasoning: Strong ability to analyze situations in detail, solve problems logically and systematically. Define the problem, voice of the customer, and the project goals, Boundaries, Resources, Stake holders etc. Innovation and excellence: Ability to rethink and improve current practices , generate ideas and find new solutions and implement the ideas by using continuous improvement tools (Kaizen ,5S) Team Work/ Training & Development: Ability to work and lead team in projects. Customize Training modules as per departmental requirements when required. Coach Green Belts for certification and help them in delivering initial projects.
