As experienced sales professionals, you will be instrumental in positioning American Express as the Card of Choice in the Middle East and North Africa

Accountable for delivering and managing the target for New Cards acquired via the Direct Sales Channel by recruiting, training/coaching and managing a team of Sales Consultants agents.

The Candidate:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who have strong leadership, sales and negotiation skills. As a Sales Team Leader you will be formulating strategies and plans that will contribute to the increase in sales and new accounts. You will possess excellent planning and organizational skills to create and drive appropriate sales campaigns for you and your team. Using sophisticated sales management tools, you will gather and analyze sales performance information in order to evaluate, manage and drive your sales team to successfully achieve the sales target.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be University Graduates, preferably with a degree in Sales and Marketing. Fluency in both Arabic and English (oral and written) is preferable. You should have an excellent knowledge of all MS applications as well as sales management reporting tools.

Experience:
A minimum of three years experience in a similar position with a Bank, Financial Institution, Insurance Company or related industry is essential. Remuneration: Base salary commensurate of a high calibre sales team leader as well as a very attractive commission scheme will be offered.
