15+ years of experience. Qualifications: To be holder of an academic degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. To have long experience in Mechanical, QIL & GAS Installations, infra-Structure works. To have good understanding of Project Management. To have experience in GCC countries (recommended). To have good interpersonal skills with confidence to negotiate effectively with clients and subcontractors. To have excellent command of spoken and written English. To have high level of computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations). To display adaptability and willingness to relocate to different areas.

Unemployment is the worst case, but these can be minimized through education to everyone. In India, Government has made compulsory education to the all the children's and i hope in future there are more job openings in chennai and everyone gets benefited.
