Offshore Operations Superintendent - Abu Dhabi

(28 days on and 28 days off rotation) He will be target driven to achieve set goals and objectives which are Key performance Indicators. He will give direction and leadership to the offshore operation teams for the safe, reliable, environmentally sound and economically optimized operation and maintenance of Qatargas Offshore facilities. He will be familiar with CMMS and the need for quality reporting and maintaining accurate records. He will direct, supervise and coordinate the operations activities, both production and maintenance on all offshore facilities to meet the increasing demands of expansion and remote wellhead operations from the central complex. He supports and provides coverage for the OIM as required. The successful candidate should have BSc. in Engineering or equivalent plus 2 years formal training in oil & gas production operations together with 12 years operations and maintenance experience in offshore oil/gas industry with at least 5 years at supervisory experience in Offshore Platform. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. Computer literate with a good knowledge of business software applications. A thorough knowledge of Operations Integrity Management systems will be an advantage.
