Experience: Candidate must have more than 5 years experience in Multilayer Blown film field in process engineering , specially 5 layer Food application field. And specialty films. Education: Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Chemical , Polymer ) or CIPET Roles: - He will be working in conjunction with sales to develop and implement a production plan for manufacturing based on orders from domestic and overseas customers. - Planning production volumes and schedules and forecasting on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis - Coordinating with procurement to ensure raw materials, packaging and delivery schedules are adhered to - Ensuring customer satisfaction through meeting their needs for on-time delivery and correct processing of orders based on volume, timescales and quality parameters Candidate must have a relevant experience in this filed Job Summary:• Establishment of new manufacturing technologies and processes as well as optimization of manufacturing technology of existing products. • Creating and innovating new sellable ideas that transfer the technology know-how into innovating product lines • Communicating the new developed product lines to the marketing and sales function to assess is they are satisfying the market requirements • Implementation of new concepts in Production. • Troubleshooting of machines. • Tooling up of machines and proving out of products. • Re-Engineering of existing products and operation. • Committed Task Master with focus on alignment to his clients needs. • Perform additional duties as assigned. • Preparation of periodical Management reports • Manage installations, operations and technical maintenance. • Train, supervise and motivate staff for organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments • Implementing policies & procedures to minimize cost & risk without compromising the productivity & output • Pilot Series manufacturing & development of new concepts • Contribution of technical inputs for Product development • Troubleshooting and diagnostics of technical issues. • Lead and guide technical and professional staff in the performance of research & development. Review and interpret, by comprehensive report, the result of research & development • Participate in long term strategic planning for the Organization.
